OUR STRUCTURE

WODIA  is run by a Board of Trustees and an Executive
Council made up of various professionals .The day-today  
running of the  organization is managed by four volunteers
and 8 expert staff  whose activities centre on initiating and
executing action plans that lead to health improvement,
economic sustainability and poverty reduction .

The Chairman participates actively in the daily
administration of the organization with responsibility for
overall leadership of the Association, including operational
functions and implementation of the strategic plans.

WODIA promotes full participation, equity and economic
self-sufficiency for women and the community through
advocacy, action, education and information.

The WODIA Training Institute (WOTI) undertakes
management training and skills development programs to
improve the managerial and entrepreneurial  initiatives of
women and others. WOTI is managed by training consultants
and experienced education professionals.
